GLORY Launches Direct Sales & Service Presence in Ireland
We are pleased to inform you that Glory Global Solutions (International) Ltd., our overseas subsidiary in U.K., has commenced direct sales and maintenance of our machines in Ireland through its newly established subsidiary which will trade as GLORY Ireland, as a result of the acquisition of the assets of Semeci Limited, a leading provider of cash automation solutions in Ireland.
1. Purpose of our establishing GLORY Ireland:
Based on our concept that the Ireland is a promising market for our growth in the financial and retail markets, we intend to expand our overseas business through securing the resources of direct sales and maintenance in Ireland.
2. The date of commencing the business of GLORY Ireland:
January 4, 2018

The effect of the acquisition to the current consolidated business of GLORY is expected to be minimal.
