GLORY LTD. (GLORY) (Tokyo: 6457) has acquired 100% of the issued share capital of REV Ventures LLC (hereinafter Reevex), a leader in creating secure self-service and kiosk transaction software, through its overseas subsidiary, Glory Global Solutions Inc., USA.

1. Purpose of the acquisition

GLORY's strategy to achieve its "2017 Medium-Term Management Plan" and "Long-Range Vision 2018" has seen the refocus of management resources to its international and overseas business. Based on this, and to further expand the business in overseas markets, GLORY has decided to acquire Reevex, Atlanta, GA, USA, a former business partner of GLORY, with good experience and resources for designing and providing user interfaces and applications for self and assisted service devices.
