The 6th Kids' Nature Workshop at GLORY Yumesaki Forest
The 6th Kids' Nature Workshop was held at GLORY Yumesaki Forest in Himeji on 29th October, 2016, with the participation of a total of 93 people consisting of employees and the families of both GLORY group companies and their business partners.
The participants, after strolling through the forest while observing insects and other creatures, learned about the habitats of living creatures through illustrated books. Later, the children, together with their parents, tried leather crafting to make original key-holders in the shape of acorn shells, trees and more, which were designed freely by the children. The participants also tried making "Small Forestal-Residences" using branches and leaves in the forest.It was an enjoyable and meaningful day for both the children and their parents who were able to experience nature up close.
