Conservation of forest in Nagano prefecture
On April 23, 2016, 46 volunteers from GLORY group employees, their families and business partners participated in the project for forest conservation sponsored by the Laboratory of Earth Conscious Life, an NPO. The project aims to make a new forest called "Takigi no Mori" (Firewood Forest) in Osawa ward, Saku City in Nagano prefecture.
GLORY has been participating in the project since 2014.Both children and adults collaborated each other on a very fine day, and succeeded in planting a total of 1,000 pcs of Konara trees.
