GLORY receives Certification Mark "Kurumin" according to a Childcare Support Law
GLORY received the certification mark "Kurumin" from the Hyogo Labor Bureau under the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (MHLW) on May 31, 2013, being recognized as a Childcare Support Company according to "the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children ".
The certification as a Childcare Support Company is given by the chief of Prefectural Labor Bureau (entrusted by MHLW) to such employers who have fulfilled and achieved certain requisites including objectives defined in the Action Plan submitted by each employer.
We have been improving our personnel management system so that each employee can balance work and childcare. For this purpose, we have made efforts to create such work environment that may allow each employee to fulfill their capabilities and keep working without anxiety. The Kurumin mark is therefore the certification given as a result of these activities.
We will keep addressing various issues in our company including the maintenance of the work environment, so that each of our employees may work actively in each of their work places.
