GLORY received "The Chairman Encouragement Prize" at "The 2015 Career Support Company Award Ceremony" held by The Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and The Japan Vocational Ability Development Association.

The Career Support Company Award has been established to appreciate the activities of companies proactively supporting employee career-development, and also to publicize and promote such activities. Along with an ever diversifying working environment, GLORY has introduced a human resources database control system as a tool that supports the career-development of each employee. The system organizes the personnel information through integrating the database from human resources, and has also systematized the process of dialogue between line managers and team members to support employee career development.

The award has been given to our company in appreciation of the system as a good example of the concept "The future formation between employees and companies", which is being pursued by the Japan Vocational Ability Development Association. We will continue improving the database system to make it a better tool to support employee career-development.
