Mechatronics

Mechatronics Technology

In GLORY's mechatronics technology, mechanics and electronics are thoroughly combined.
It processes the extremely complicated and delicate work at surprising speed. Counts 3,000 coins varied in thickness and size in a minute, sorts and wraps. The banknote is faced and bundled correctly. The most advanced technology is applied to as such process of “Count”, “Sort” and “Bundle”. Looking toward the future, we are devoting resources to the further improvement of our mechatronics technology, we will be attaining higher levels of miniaturization, sophisticated functionality, and cost reduction.

Coin Sorting Technology

Coin Sorting Technology

Our coin-sorting technology takes advantages of the size differences to sort coins by electromagnetic control for each denomination recognized by an identification sensor which is added to the existing technology. Mixed coins traveling through the machine at high speed are sorted through openings and gates in the channel that match the sizes of the various coin denominations.

Coin Wrapping Technology

Coin Wrapping Technology

The coin wrapping technology outputs rolls of coins of the same denomination with the prescribed number of sheets. Stacked coins are rotated and wrapped into a cleanly packaged roll with a key pin on each end. Due to its shape, it is called “Gold bricks”.

Banknote Bundling Technology

Banknote Bundling Technology

This technology outputs banknotes of the same denomination in bundles of 100 and wrap tidy. A glued bundling tape is cut in a required length and heated for gluing. The bundles are tightly girded to ensure that no notes slip out.

Banknote Facing Technology

Banknote Facing Technology

As the notes pass through the machine, our banknote facing technology scans both side of notes and identifies those that need to be re-oriented to the face-up position. There are 2 types of techniques: a twist reverse and a switch back in the reverse technique.

Stacking Pouch Technology

This technology stacks the banknote in order in to the pouch and seals.
