GLORY's coin and banknote recyclers streamline the cash settlement operation in overseas retail stores, allowing customers to pay for goods and receive the change themselves. Take, for example, a business such as a bakery in France. Staff at the bakery, who regularly touch bread and pastries with their hands no longer need to handle any cash. The bakery can offer their products in a more hygienic manner giving peace of mind to their customers.
We will continue to develop products that match the specific needs of customers around the world.

Development
The prime objective at GLORY is to develop new products that customers can depend on. While ensuring the quality and timely release of products, GLORY strives also to develop new products with ever-greater customer usability and environmental performance.

To answer the question "what does quality mean to customers?" I try to understand the difference in values from region to region and from market to market. My ability to do this has a huge impact on the quality of the final product. Customers want high-quality products. I believe that by putting myself in the customer's shoes, I can understand the best way to use technologies to solve their problems. This allows me to provide customers with highly satisfactory products.

Procurement
The top priority of the procurement division is maintaining a stable supply chain. GLORY complies with all applicable laws and carries out fair and open purchasing in an effort to progress in unison with business partners and ensure CSR-oriented procurement throughout the entire supply chain.

I am involved in purchasing mounting boards and harnesses from international suppliers. These electrical components are used in sales proceeds deposit machines that we market in Japan and overseas. Whether the suppliers are in Japan or overseas, we communicate closely with them so that they fully understand GLORY's procurement philosophy with regard to issues such as human rights and legal compliance. We also cooperate with them to ensure a stable procurement of parts.

I am a salesperson working with POS manufacturers and in markets that still have a low POS penetration rate, mainly dealing in coin and banknote recyclers for cashiers. I relay opinions and requests from customers to the planning and development divisions with the goal of providing customers with optimized solutions that meet their business needs.
If a problem arises after product delivery, I immediately contact the relevant company division to solve the issue, so that customers are always able to use our products with peace of mind.

Maintenance
