GLORY Foundation for Elementary School Students sponsors Spring Hands-on Class for Parents and Children
GLORY Foundation for Elementary School Students sponsored the viewing of the musical "The Lion King" played by a professional Japanese musical group called Shiki Theatre Company, and the backstage tour of the musical as Spring Hands-on Class ※1 for Parents and Children on May 17, 2015. Against the overwhelming number of applications from around 4,000 people to the event, a total of 93 elementary students and the parents were invited to the event.
All the participants experienced the world of the musical filled with excitement and emotions. After the show, a special "Backstage Tour" was provided to the visitors to show rarely seen musical instruments and tools, while the visitors were listening to the explanation by the staff working behind the stage. Comments from the visitors were given, saying "We are very much impressed" or "This will be an experience of a great memory".
*1 GLORY's "Hands-on Class"for Parents and Children have been held twice a year in Spring and Autumn since 2011 to give parents and children the opportunity to share emotions and deepen their bonds through the experience with various events.
A lot of family visited the theatre.
