GLORY Ltd. was given the"Kansai Eco-office Encouragement Award"from the Union of Kansai Governments on March 12, 2015 as a result of the appreciation of its environmental activities conducted at its head office and the factory.

This award, for the purpose to promote "Kansai Eco-Office Activities", has been given to the business entities who have been performing outstanding environmental practices, such as energy conservation by regulating air-conditioning and the adoption of summer and winter ecological costume.

Since we obtained the ISO14001 certification in 2002, we have been promoting various environmental conservation activities. In 2010, we also established our own Environmental Vision and Mid-Term Environmental Plan to further promote various environmental activities. This time, the award has been given to us in appreciation of the following points for increasing employees' environmental awareness: sophisticated energy-saving and conservation activities implemented according to the variation of business and roles, development of an internal environmental auditor and the implementation of a company-wide environmental education.

GLORY will continue to promote environmental conservation activities throughout the group to realize a sustainable society.
